To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for both our families and teachers, the following policy applies to all centre-based and online lessons:
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Parents are required to provide at least 24 hours’ written notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being deducted from the student’s package or, in the case of a trial lesson, the trial fee may be forfeited.
2. No-Show Policy
If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without providing the required notice, the lesson will be considered completed and may not be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Late Arrival
If the student arrives late, the lesson will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
Additional time will not be added to compensate for late arrival.
4. Centre-Initiated Changes
If Discover Learning needs to reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative date and time at no additional cost.
Note: By proceeding with the lesson booking, the Parent acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Agreement.
