CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for both our families and teachers, the following policy applies to all centre-based and online lessons:

  • 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • Parents are required to provide at least 24 hours’ written notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

    • Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the lesson being deducted from the student’s package or, in the case of a trial lesson, the trial fee may be forfeited.

  • 2. No-Show Policy

    • If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without providing the required notice, the lesson will be considered completed and may not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • 3. Late Arrival

    • If the student arrives late, the lesson will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

    • Additional time will not be added to compensate for late arrival.

  • 4. Centre-Initiated Changes

    • If Discover Learning needs to reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative date and time at no additional cost.

Note: By proceeding with the lesson booking, the Parent acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Agreement.
